Using our services

You must use Flurzi services lawfully, provide accurate information where required, keep account credentials secure and remain responsible for activity under your account.

Product scope

SponsorSafe HR provides software workflows for employer compliance operations. Flurzi Commit provides structured commitment and progress-tracking features. FlurziCinema provides entertainment discovery and viewing features. End Novel provides story discovery and reading features. None of the products replaces professional legal, immigration, financial, tax or debt advice.

Accounts and access

Some products may require account registration, verification, permissions or role-based access. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, creates security risk or breaches these terms.

Payments and subscriptions

Where a product includes paid access, trial periods, subscription fees or enterprise agreements, the relevant price, billing cycle, renewal rules and cancellation terms should be shown before purchase or set out in a separate agreement.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with product security, upload unlawful or harmful content, scrape restricted areas, reverse engineer protected systems, impersonate others or use Flurzi products to harm people, organisations or services.

Intellectual property

Flurzi owns or licenses the design, software, content, branding and product materials used across its websites and platforms. You may not copy, reuse or distribute those materials except as permitted by law or agreed in writing.

Service changes

We may improve, update, suspend or discontinue features where needed for security, operations, legal compliance or product development. We will aim to communicate material service changes where appropriate.

Liability

Flurzi aims to provide reliable products, but users remain responsible for decisions, records, uploads, compliance actions, payments, content choices and use of information. Liability may be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
