Data Protection & Security
Flurzi designs its products around trust, appropriate access controls and careful handling of personal, operational and product data. Last updated: 23 May 2026.
We aim to handle data in line with UK GDPR principles, including lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality.
Product access should be limited by role, account permissions and authentication so sensitive records are visible only to appropriate users.
Flurzi websites and products should use HTTPS/TLS for data in transit. Sensitive data should be protected with suitable technical and organisational measures according to the product and risk level.
SponsorSafe HR is intended to support timestamped, attributable and exportable compliance records where audit trails matter. Other products may maintain operational logs for account, security and support purposes.
Data should be kept only for appropriate product, business, legal, security or audit purposes, then deleted or anonymised according to retention settings and applicable law.
If a personal data incident occurs, Flurzi should assess the risk, take steps to contain and reduce harm, document the incident and notify affected parties or regulators where legally required.
